Riding lessons for beginners, age 4 and up. Lessons include grooming, learning how to 'tack up', proper horse care, and riding. All of these include an emphasis on safety and handling.
Indoor and outdoor arenas are used in lessons. Private lessons for our beginners offer the opportunity for clear communication, individualized attention, and one on one instruction.
Positive reinforcement for a job well done is always a key part of our lesson structure. We focus on creative learning and having fun. We teach with games and patterns, and encourage students to set and meet personal goals.
