Theresa is "holistic horse and rider" trainer. She doesnt just focus on one thing, but looks at the mechanisms in place which affect the whole horse and rider . This is why her students have gained confidence. They are not told what to do, they are taught how to evaluate , why, when and where to correct and connect.
